Apply Key to texture face does silly things when mixed perms copies of texture exist in inventory

      Description

      1) Have a copy of a texture that is less-then-full perms.

      2) Try to apply that to a prim using the alchemy "apply key" feature

      Result: Texture applies, it tosses a warning about it affecting perms, and then texture reverts back. For extra happy bonus fun points, I did have a full perm copy of the texture but Alchemy found the not-full-perm copy first and gave up trying to find better. I had to delete the not-full-perm copies until it applied. (Alternatively I could have just written a script to llSetLinkPrimitiveParamsFast but deleting copies of the texture was easier and lazier, so it's not like this is preventing me from doing anything I couldn't do otherwise.)
